A. Versandkosten und -informationen: 

Ein Versand der Ware ist standardmäßig nur in die unten aufgeführten Länder möglich. Je nach Umfang Ihrer Bestellung erfolgt der Versand per DHL oder per Hermes. Die jeweils anfallenden Versandkosten können Sie der unten angegebenen Tabelle entnehmen. 

Sollten Sie den Versand in ein anderes Land wünschen, dann schreiben Sie uns bitte vor einer Bestellung eine E-Mail (Email-Adresse einfügen) und nennen Sie uns bitte den Artikel mit der Menge und der Lieferadresse mit dem Land und der entsprechenden Postleitzahl. Wir werden Ihnen dann kurzfristig mitteilen, ob wir auch in das gewünschte Land versenden können und Ihnen – sollte eine Lieferung an die gewünschte Lieferadresse möglich sein - die Versandkosten mitteilen, da wir die Versandmöglichkeit und die Kosten vorab bei unserem Versandpartner erfragen müssen.

I. Versand innerhalb Deutschlands:

Für den Versand innerhalb des deutschen Festlandes berechnen wir pauschal pro Bestellung 5,99 € Euro. Der Versand ist ausschließlich innerhalb des deutschen Festlands möglich und wir versenden nicht auf deutsche Inseln!

II. Versand außerhalb Deutschlands

Wir liefern in folgende Länder:

B. Informationen zu Lieferzeiten:

Die maximale Lieferzeit für den Versand innerhalb Deutschlands finden sie in der Beschreibung des jeweiligen Artikels.

In der nachfolgenden Tabelle finden Sie die Lieferzeiten für den Versand in andere Länder, die Sie der beim jeweiligen Artikel angegebenen Lieferzeit hinzurechnen müssen.

Wenn Sie bei uns im Rahmen einer Bestellung mehrere Artikel bestellen, für die unterschiedliche Lieferzeiten gelten, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir mit Ihnen nichts anderes vereinbart haben. In diesem Fall gilt für die Warensendung insgesamt die Lieferzeit, die für den Artikel Ihrer Bestellung mit der längsten Lieferzeit gilt.

Information zur Berechnung des Liefertermins:

Die Frist für die Lieferung beginnt bei Zahlung per Vorkasse per Banküberweisung am Tag nach Erteilung des Zahlungsauftrags an das überweisende Kreditinstitut bzw. bei anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen und endet mit dem Ablauf des letzten Tages der Frist. Fällt der letzte Tag der Frist auf einen Samstag, Sonntag oder einen am Lieferort staatlich anerkannten allgemeinen Feiertag, so tritt an die Stelle eines solchen Tages der nächste Werktag.

I. Bei Versand innerhalb Deutschlands

Für Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands bieten wir folgende Zahlungsmöglichkeiten an, sofern in der jeweiligen Produktbeschreibung nichts anderes bestimmt ist:

II. Bei Versand außerhalb Deutschlands

1. Vorkasse per Banküberweisung

Überweisen Sie uns den Rechnungsbetrag unter Angabe des Verwendungszwecks bequem auf unser Bankkonto innerhalb von 7 Tagen. Unsere Bankverbindung sowie den Überweisungszweck teilen wir Ihnen im Rahmen der Bestellabwicklung gesondert per E-Mail mit.

2. Bankeinzug (SEPA-Lastschrift) 

Nach Übermittlung Ihrer Bankverbindung und Erteilung eines SEPA-Lastschriftmandats ziehen wir per Lastschrift den Rechnungsbetrag von Ihrem Bankkonto ein. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Sie uns Ihre Bankverbindung im Rahmen des Bestellprozesses korrekt übermitteln und dass Ihr Konto die notwendige Deckung aufweist. Der Einzug per Lastschrift erfolgt, wenn die von Ihnen bestellte Ware unser Lager verlässt.

3.. Barzahlung bei Abholung

Sie holen die Ware selbst bei uns ab und zahlen vor Ort in bar. Wir informieren Sie zunächst per E-Mail darüber, dass die von Ihnen bestellte Ware zur Abholung bereit steht. Nach Erhalt dieser E-Mail können Sie die Ware nach Terminsabsprache unter folgender Adresse abholen:

In diesem Fall werden keine Versandkosten berechnet.

A. Shipping costs and information: 

Shipping of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DHL or Hermes. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table below. 

If you would like the goods to be shipped to another country, please write us an e-mail (insert e-mail address) before placing an order and state the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order. Shipping is only possible within mainland Germany and we do not ship to German islands!

We ship to the following countries:

B. Information on delivery times:

The maximum delivery time for shipping within Germany can be found in the description of the respective item.

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time stated for the respective item.

If you order several items from us as part of one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the consignment of goods as a whole.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date:

The period for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

1. prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during the order process.

2. direct debit (SEPA direct debit) 

After providing your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please ensure that you provide us with your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary cover. The direct debit will be processed when the goods you have ordered leave our warehouse.

3. cash payment on collection

You collect the goods from us yourself and pay in cash on the spot. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
